Why the Recruiter Training Hub Was Created
I built the Recruiter Training Hub as part of Elevate Talent Solutions because I’ve lived every side of recruiting — staffing, on-site programs, corporate TA, leadership, direct hire — and I know how frustrating it is when training doesn’t match the reality of the job.
Most recruiters are handed a laptop, told to shadow someone, and pushed into the work without the structure, tools, or coaching they actually need. Training is often outdated, generic, or built for HR instead of recruiting. And individuals who want to grow — or even build their own direct hire business — are left to figure it out alone.
This hub exists to change that.
My Background
Over my 30 years in staffing and talent acquisition, I’ve:

Built multimillion-dollar programs
Led national teams across multiple industries
Mapped and Implemented tech stacks with end-to-end recruiting processes
Created training and development systems still being used today

Meet Ron
Ron Miller is the founder of Elevate Talent Solutions and the Recruiter Training Hub.
Over his 30-year career, he has led national teams, rebuilt underperforming markets, designed recruiting playbooks, and trained hundreds of recruiters across staffing, onsite, and corporate TA.
He’s known for being direct, practical, and real — the guy companies call when they need clarity, structure, and a path forward that actually works.
